Dr Ivanovic established his own law firm IVANOVIC LEGAL in 2011. Within non-contentious practice, the law firm provides consultancy in areas related to competition aspects of business agreements, company agreements, corporate structuring, transfer of equity interests, intellectual property rights (trademarks, patent disputes), real estate law and medical law.

Dr Ivanovic provides consultancy and represents Selecta Biotech in the areas of intellectual property rights, commercial and medical law. He is also experienced in general management, business development, strategic advisory and early-stage equity investment transactions.
