ampliTune® 1-step RT-qPCR Probe Mix

The reaction mix has been designed to deliver superior performance during cDNA synthesis and subsequent Taqman-based qPCR in a single tube for ultra-sensitive quantitative detection of RNA.

The product contains all components necessary to perform cDNA synthesis and probe-based qPCR – only template, primers and probe need to be added.

The 1-step design of RT-qPCR minimizes human errors, reduces the risk of contamination and the operation time of RT-qPCR.

ampliTune® qPCR Probe Mix (5X)

The reaction mix has been designed to deliver superior performance compared to standard master mixes with impressive sensitivity and accuracy even with challenging targets.

The all-in-one mix includes all components necessary to perform the reaction - only template, primers and probes needs to be added. ampliTune® polymerase is supplied in a proprietary reaction buffer that enables efficient amplification of regular and GC-rich targets.

Includes 100% DMSO in a separate vial recommended as an additive for templates with high GC content.

OptiMax Flexi PCR plate

The plate with marker label on top is made of ultra-flexible material with sturdy tubes and can be easily cut in plate parts, multiples of 8- or 12-well strips and multiples of single tubes. White wells are opaque, significantly reducing signal loss through tube walls and maximizing reflection. OptiMax Flexi PCR plate is designed for qPCR applications and fits most cycler models.

Engineered and optimized for superior performance and reproducibility of PCR and qPCR results. OptiClear 8-well PCR strips are manufactured by using ultrapure polypropylene. Because of a very stringent QC procedure the "batch-to-batch" reproducibility of all plastics is extremely high.

Engineered and optimized for PCR and qPCR applications. Indented cap prevents "finger touch" signal, interference. This cap-strip has thin cap-to-cap connections which enables more flexible movements from both cap-strip and individual caps even when positioned on tube strips or plates. Inner connections are easily cuttable with scissors or knife.

smarTAE®

smarTAE®

smarTAE® buffer is used primarily in routine DNA or RNA gel electrophoresis and blotting. smarTAE® buffer is recommended for separation of nucleic acid fragments and it is suitable for preparative gels for recovery of nucleic acids. Each individual package of 10X smarTAE® contains the necessary powder to make 1 L of 10X TAE buffer upon addition of water. When reconstituted to a 1X working concentration, TAE buffer contains 2 M Tris-Acetate and 50 mM EDTA, (25 °C; H2O) 8.3 ± 0.1.
